Description

Dried wild mushroom medley 40g

Nutty and earthy, woody and smoky – using a variety of flavour-rich wild mushrooms, the dried mushroom medley combines textures to create an impressive flavour enhancer. Ideal for use with sauces, stews, soups, pasta, meat, fish, eggs and rice.

Ingredients

50% Porcini (Boletus Edulis), 25% Shii Take (Lentinus Edodes), 25% Oyster mushoorms (Pleurotus Ostreatus)

Usage Tips

Dried mushrooms should be soaked in warm water for about 20 minutes before being cooked. This water, once strained, can be used as a mushroom stock for a more intense flavour. Cook the mushrooms thoroughly before eating.
