Are my personal details safe?
The entire WTAtruffles website is encrypted using 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology in order to protect your private information. In addition, we do not retain any credit or debit card information after it has been securely transmitted to our merchant banking partner for processing.
How long do deliveries take?

How do I make payment and in what currency?
Payment is in sterling/GBP and can be made using most credit and debit cards through Paypal. If you don’t want to pay via Internet you can print our shopping list and place your order by fax or telephone during UK time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, find contact details in our Contact page); please note that only credit cards are accepted when ordering by phone.
Can I send fresh truffles as a gift for someone?
Yes, you can send truffles as a fabulous gift to someone (have a look at our sleek Red Gift Boxes here) and you can also attach a personal message. This can be done via the online shopping facility, which will also allow you to add the address you wish to send the truffles to.
How can I change my personal details?
